Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

1. Website enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not itself involve an online payment. This policy applies if you separately agree to purchase a service from us.

2. Service charges

Before work begins, we should confirm the service included, the price and any relevant cancellation terms. Government, embassy, consulate and visa-centre fees are separate unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Cancellation rights

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights when a service is agreed online or at a distance. These rights and any applicable exceptions will be explained before you instruct us. If you ask us to begin work during a cancellation period, applicable law may allow a proportionate charge for work already performed.

4. Work already completed

If you cancel after work has started, any amount due or refund will be assessed in accordance with the agreement and applicable consumer law. We will explain the work completed and any relevant charges.

5. Visa decisions

Visa decisions are made by the relevant authority. A refusal or delay does not automatically mean that our service charge is refundable, but your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Third-party charges

Fees paid directly to government bodies, visa centres or other third parties are subject to those providers' own refund rules.

7. How to contact us

For cancellation or refund enquiries, email fastglobalvisaservices69@gmail.com with your name and details of the service. We aim to reply within 1 working day.
