1. About our service
FastGlobalVisaServices is a private consultancy offering visa enquiry support, document guidance and administrative assistance. We are not a government department, embassy or consulate.
2. No guarantee of outcome
Visa decisions are made by the relevant government or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee visa approval, appointment availability or processing times.
3. Our services
The precise work we provide will depend on the service agreed with you. Any scope, price and additional charges should be confirmed before you purchase or instruct us.
4. Government and third-party fees
Government, embassy, consulate, visa-centre, translation, courier and insurance charges are separate from our own service charges unless expressly agreed otherwise. These fees may be payable directly to the relevant provider.
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents. You are responsible for checking that the information you provide is correct and for attending appointments and meeting official deadlines.
6. Advice and official decisions
Our guidance is based on the information available to us and the scope of the service agreed. Official requirements can change. You should check current requirements with the relevant authority.
7. Enquiries and communications
Submitting an enquiry form does not by itself create a service contract or guarantee that we will accept an instruction. We will explain any proposed service and charges before work begins.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
